What You'll Do
As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to create seamless, scalable, and high-performing applications that drive business success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and customizing solutions within D365 CE using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Implementing PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls to deliver rich, interactive user experiences.
Building and maintaining plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations with external systems.
Collaborating with architects and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and optimizing system performance for reliability and scalability.
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices and technical documentation.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong proficiency in: C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript
Power Platform (Power Automate, Model Driven & Canvas Apps)
Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
Deep understanding of Dataverse, solution management, and ALM processes.
Experience with REST APIs, OData, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for D365 CE.
Experience with data migration, management and reporting
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
Bonus Points!
Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Service modules.
Understanding of security models, compliance, and data governance in D365 CE
Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, or industry accelerators
Familiarity with Power BI integration and data pipelines (Dataflows, Synapse Link, Fabric)
Familiarity working with Power Pages
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
